Last three matches of the quarter finals of the 2023 T-20 cricket tournament organized by Devbhoomi Sports Mahakauthig Foundation concluded at Vinay Marg Chanakya Puri Delhi Cricket Ground today.
On November 18, the last three matches of the quarter finals of the 2023 T-20 cricket tournament organized by Devbhoomi Sports Mahakouthig Foundation were held at Vinay Marg Chanakya Puri Delhi Cricket Ground.
The second match of the quarter finals and today’s first match was played between UK Veterans and Rookies Uttarakhand. Playing first, UK Veterans scored only 108/9 runs in 20 overs.
Rookies Uttarakhand achieved the target of 109 runs by losing 5 wickets and entered the semi-finals. Rohit Joshi was declared man of the match due to his lethal bowling (4 wickets in 22 runs).
Today’s second quarter final match witnessed a tough competition. Batting first, UK Rockers Cricket Club scored 158/7 runs. To chase the target of 159, Pahad Boys Cricket Club needed very good batting and their batsmen performed brilliantly and entered the semi-finals by winning by 3 wickets.
The tournament has now reached its peak and has become quite popular.

Today’s third and last quarter final match was played between Uttarakhand Warriors and Scholars Academy Kotdwar. Playing first, Uttarakhand Warriors scored only 115/6 runs. Scholars Academy Kotdwar easily achieved the target of 116 runs by losing only 2 wickets in 14.5 overs and entered the semi-finals.
All four teams of the semi-finals have been announced. The semi-finals will now be played tomorrow on Sunday.
The Women’s league matches also commenced today. Mountain Tigers were winners in the first women’s league match. Man of the match felicitation was bestowed on Smt. Mamta Devi Rauthan and Sunita Kotnala from Nanda Warriors adjudged as fighter of the match for which she was felicitated too.
As always, all the members of the Foundation, under the leadership of Arjun Kandari and the organizational skills of Anil Rauthan, remained engaged in organizing the matches successfully. Foundation members Darban Singh Rawat, Dev Patwal, Sunder Rawat, Prem Negi, Naval Pokhriyal and Prithvi Singh Rawat and other members were as usual engaged in running the tournament smoothly and with total perfection. The women’s cricket final is on 19 th and the men cricket final are due for 26 th November in Jamia Grounds. KUDOS
