Dhirendra Pratap Meets Former AMUSU President Z.K. Faizaan at his residence in Delhi. Wishes Him Speedy Recovery

New Delhi: Uttarakhand Congress Senior Vice President and Spokesperson Dhirendra Pratap on Saturday met prominent Congress leader and former President of Aligarh Muslim University Students’ Union Z.K. Faizaan at his residence in Mayur Vihar and inquired about his health.
Mr. Faizaan, who is also a member of the All India Congress Committee, was seriously injured in a road accident in Jaunpur district, Uttar Pradesh, a few days ago. His daughter, granddaughter and two other family members were also hit by a truck in the same accident.
He was first treated in Shahganj and later admitted to Max Hospital, Delhi. His treatment is still ongoing.
During the meeting, Dhirendra Pratap presented a bouquet to Mr. Faizaan and prayed for his early recovery. He expressed hope that Faizaan would soon return to active politics and continue guiding lakhs of people as he has done earlier.
It is noteworthy that Z.K. Faizaan is counted among the promising protégés of late Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna
Former Uttarakhand Chief Ministers *Vijay Bahuguna* and Harish Rawat, along with former Union External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, have also wished for Mr. Faizaan’s speedy recovery. Sunil Negi, President of Uttarakhand Journalists Forum and noted social activist, also conveyed his best wishes for Faizaan’s health.
