Congress delegation of Uttarakhand led by its chief meets ADG ( Law and Order) and demands making the entire SIT report public as several questions remain unanswered till date

The chief of the Uttarakhand Congress alongwith a deputation of several activists including Mrs Dasauni, the spokesperson met the ADG Law and Order IPS Mr. Murugeshan and presented him a memorandum demanding making public the entire SIT investigations report in order to prove its integrity and transparency in the probe related to the most sensitive and heartwrenching Ankita Bhandari case in which despite the imprisonment of the three culprits the actual prime culprit being allegedly protected and not being tried under the law despite the name having been revealed by an actress and wife of the former BJP MLA from Haridwar Suresh Rathore. The Congress president of Uttarakhand and former MLA Ganesh Godiyal read the entire memorandum in front of the ADG law and order and demanded a thorough transparent probe in this sensitive matter by the premier investigation agency of the country CBI which they have been refusing since the two honourable Hai ugh and Supreme courts rejected it outrightly expressing their faith in the investigations of the SIT. The memorandum unambiguously mentions that the buldozer was brought to the Vanantara Resort to demolish the room which possessed all the necessary evidences by the Local MLA Renu Bisht on the instructions of the CM, Uttarakhand which he had publicly accepted mentioned the memorandum read by Ganesh Gayatri diyal in front of the ADG , Law and Order Uttarakhand. The Congress chief asked whether the SIT had questioned the MLA and others including the Patwari who was helping the other party demoralising the aggrieved parents of Ankita Bhandari when they went to his post to file an FIR. He also asked what penalize action had been taken against these law violators and if not why. There are several other important points raised in the memorandum submitted to the ADG Law and Order especially relating to the VIP whose name was disclosed earlier also though not with evidence but the SIT allegedly did not touched this main point. The Congress chief very diplomatically said that the people of the state demands making public the entire SIT report so that they come to know about the integrity of the SUT as being said appreciating them even by the two honourable courts said Uttarakhand Congress chief Ganesh Godiyal. There are in all eight questions raised in the memorandum and the deputation finally demanded making public the entire SIT report as there are several important unanswered questions related to the VIP and the probe to restore the people’s faith in integrity and transparency of police and the investigations thereof.
