Ankita Bhandari’s anguished father complains against government counsel in his daughter’s case !
The distressed father of Ankita Bhandari has accused the government counsel in the case for allegedly playing tricks and siding with the culprits instead of coming to the rescue of the victims family. In a letter written to the District Magistrate of Pauri Garhwal Mr. Ashish Kumar Chouhan, late Ankita Bhandari’s father has accused the government counsel in the case for allegedly spoiling the case to give benefit to the culprits. According to the latest news the district magistrate of Pauri Garhwal, Mr. Chouhan has marked the case to the SDM for necessary action. In the letter father of Ankita Bhandari has written that earlier this counsel had mentioned that prior to the murder of Ankita, culprit Pulkit Arya had allegedly raped her. Now he is allegedly trying to weaken the case. The traumatised father has requested in the complaint letter to appoint some other counsel and shunt him out till the final hearing. The next date of the hearing is due for 9 th June in Kotdwar district sessions Court. Political analysts say that if the present government counsel is not replaced it may amount to degradation of the ruling political dispensation.
