Prime minister gets a encouraging welcome in Dehradun while inaugurating the Delhi Doon highway

Modi arrived in Dehradun on Tuesday to inaugurate the Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor, where he received a grand and historic welcome. The Prime Minister began the program with prayers at the famous Daat Kali Temple, where he prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the country and Uttarakhand.

The Prime Minister then traveled approximately 12 kilometers by road to reach the meeting venue in the Cantonment area.
Thousands of young people, women, and the public gathered along the roadside. The atmosphere resounded with chants of “Bharat Mata ki Jai.” There was tremendous enthusiasm among the people, and everyone seemed eager to catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi also acknowledged the greetings of the people by folding his hands and waving.

He appeared extremely pleased and excited by the immense love and support of the people.

In his address, the Prime Minister, referring to this unprecedented welcome, said that he always receives special energy from the land of Gods, Uttarakhand. The affection and blessings of the people here further inspire him to work for the country’s development, and this time too, he is taking new energy from Uttarakhand.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support and love shown by the people during the roadshow. He stated that seeing the outpouring of support during the 12-kilometer roadshow, he was unable to drive quickly to reach the rally. His vehicle was driven slowly to greet the crowd, resulting in a delay of over an hour. He apologized to the gathering.
This grand road show not only highlights the importance of the Economic Corridor but also demonstrates the deep bond between the people of Uttarakhand and the Prime Minister.
