The most sensitive stray bullet murder of a retired Brigadier has become the talk of the town, a clear case of fight between two groups resulting in spraying of bullets in the early morning hours at 6.30 AM in Rajpur posh area of Dehradun in which a Fortuner ( vehicle) was completely damaged as if hammered badly.
While the police have claimed to have arrested the entire members of one group the other group members are absconding number four who hailed from the national capital Delhi.
The Dehradun SSP Pramendra Dobal has denied this to be the case of Road Rage but a fight between two groups over the payment of the bills of liquor party held in a bar.
According to the SSP Dehradun who made startling disclosures about this highly sensitive firing case this wasn’t the case of firing on the running cars termed as road rage but an act of revenge between two groups.
This quarrel generated into a big fight resulting in firing from fast running cards as a result of payment of bills of a liquor party held the earlier night at Zen Z Bar. In this fight the window panes of the cars were broken on the night of the party outside the bar that culminated in a gangwar type fighting resulting in several bullets being fired from speedily running cars that killed an innocent brigadier B.K.Joshi in the morning hours who was on morning walk.
The SSP Pramendra Dobal said that four culprits have already been arrested and their damaged car seized.
All of them were from Delhi.
The weapons used in this firing have been taken in possesion by the police.
The police have intensified the investigations and send teams to nab the other group of absconding criminals taking que from the CCTV footages on various locations including starting the process to cancel the licence Of Zen Z BAR.
