ANTI IMPERIALIST DAY was OBSERVED today 23 rd March 2026 on Martyrs DAY OF GREAT REVOLUTIONARIES OF BHAGAT SINGH, SUKHDEV AND RAJGURU at Shahidi Park in Delhi.
It was observed as per the CPI National call In the beginning COM. D. Raja General Secretary CPI, Amarjeet Kaur General Secretary AITUC, Dr. Girish Sharma both CPI National Secretariat members,Prof. Dinesh Varshney Secretary CPI Delhi State and National Executive Member CPI, Nisha Sidhu General Secretary NFIW paid floral respectful trubutes to All three Martyers and it was addressed by Com. D. Raja General Secretary CPI, Amarjeet Kaur, Prof. Dinesh Varshney ,Nisha Sidhu. R. S. Dagar Secretary RSP.
D. Raja while paying revolutionary Salute to Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev Condemned American and Israeli attack on Sovereign Iran on false pretexts. It’s an attempt to lead the world to war. He demanded an immediate Stop to war and demanded from the government of India to work in the direction of stopping war forthwith this openly condemning the attack on Iran.
Amarjeet Kaur while addressing spoke how this imposed war on Iran has caused a very serious shortage of LPG etc in India and brought industrial closures on massive scale too . This has taken away the jobs. The Perishable items which were to be exported to the middle East has stopped due to illigal war against the UN charter said Amarjeet Kaur expressing her serious concern.
Other speakers also unequivocally Condemned American IMPERIALIST and Zionist Israel attacks on Iran and said it must stop immediately and India should follow universally accepted foreign policy of India and Stand with Palestinians,Iran , Venezuela, Cuba and respect the sovereignities of these nations.
Protest was also joined by AITUC, AIYF, NFIW, AISF .
