A video of a deceased farmer who has committed suicide after alleged harrasment by senior police officer and CO of Kashipur including committing alleged fraud of Rs four crores through a property dealer and his accomplice released by Pahad TV and other channels is going tremendously viral in social media in which the Sikh farmer resident of Kashipur forty year old Sukhwant Singh has directly named the culprits who committed fraud with him including police officers accusing them of consistently harrassing and victimising them taking the side of the culprits thus compelling him and his family commit suicide.

According to the report of Satyajit Sarkar from ground zero the chief minister of Uttarakhand has already issued orders for the probe into the vexed matter. According to the report this heart-wrenching incident that took place in Gaulapar area of ​​Haldwani has put the khaki and the justice system in the dock.
Broken by the indifference of the system and alleged mental harassment, 40-year-old Sukhwant Singh committed suicide by shooting himself in a hotel room. Sukhwant had been continuously pleading for justice after a major fraud of around Rs 4 crore took place in Kashipur of Udham Singh Nagar. But he found no relief.
Just before his suicide, Sukhwant Singh went live on Facebook and accused the Udham Singh Nagar police and senior officials of serious corruption and mental harassment.

He even claimed he was forced to pay. This sensational revelation sent shockwaves through the area.

At the time of the incident, his wife was fighting for her life in the hospital. When Sukhwant’s body arrived home, mourning spread, and the family broke down in tears.

Considering the seriousness of the matter, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has ordered an investigation, a magisterial inquiry will be conducted under the supervision of Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat, the family members have demanded strict action against the culprits.w
