Massive fire in Sangam Vihar residential building with four dead and few grievous injuries

A massive fire broke out in a residential area in Sangam Vihar near Batra hospital yesterday evening in which four persons have reportedly died and several injured some severely due to burn injuries.
According to the latest news about four storeyed building with a foot wear shop at the ground floor caught the fire in the evening hours with the fire department receiving the call at 6.25 PM.
The fire which started before 6 PM had by 7.30 engulfed the entire building almost destroying it completely.
The four fire tenders that reached the spot could douse the fire by 8.00 PM after immense efforts.
Among the dead by massive fire burns were the owner of the building Satendra aged 38, his sister Anita 40 and two other deceased not identified at the time of writing this news.
Anita, the sister of the owner was ferried to the hospital were she succumbed to severe burn injuries.
One other family member has been admitted in the hospital with twenty five percent burns and is under treatment.
The forensic team was called on the scene and they were seen taking necessary evidences. The reason of the fire couldn’t be ascertained till now.
