Pranav Champion issued notice for violating traffic rules. Earlier 18 traffic violations done !
After cancellation of three armed licences of Divya Pratap Singh , shooter , son of the high profile politician of Uttarakhand, Bahubali and three term MLA including state minister Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion a new notice has been served on the latter directing to pay all the eighteen fines of the pending traffic challans of his cars failing which the registration number of the car will be revoked. According to the notice sent to Kunwar Pranav Champion he was issued eighteen traffic violation challans against his car number : UK-07 D, N0001 under section 112 – 183 Motor transport act 1988. There had been 18 challans earlier against this vehicle which clearly indicate that there had been consistent violation of the traffic act as above. Kunwar champion has been asked to appear before the concerned transport officer within seven days and explain the position failing which the registration number of the car will be revoked said the notice. It may be recalled that the son of Kunwar Pranav Singh ,former MLA, Divya Pratap Singh has few days back thrashed the sin of the former chief secretary of Uttarakhand S. Ramaswamy creating controversy. The entire episode was captured on CCTV footage and an FUR has been lodged under various sections. In addition the sitting MLA Umesh Kumar and Pranav Champion are at constant logger head with the latter during at the residence of the MLA Umesh Kumar.
