Two of a family tragically killed and two grievously injured in Chamoli Garhwal in a horrible accident
Yet another heart wrenching news is pouring in from Chamoli district where a very tragic accident occured killing two persons of a family with one grievous injury of the mother.
The accident was so horrific rather genocidal that the car that fell two hundred metres down in a gorge was badly burnt and smashed as if with a heavy hammer. The condition of the car was tremendously destroyed.
According to the latest news Anita Devi, a resident of Paab village (Pokhari), had come to her maternal home in Devkhal and was returning with her entire family in the afternoon.
During this time, the car fell into a ditch 200 meters from Devkhal. The accident was so horrific that the car caught fire, taking several twists and turns and hitting against the rocks finally falling down burning.
Two of the four people in the car, mother and a child were taken to the district hospital in critical condition by local people, who are under treatment.
The other two died on the spot, the accident created a sad atmosphere in the entire area, mourning spread in the woman’s maternal home.
District Magistrate Gaurav Kumar said that at the time of the incident, help was provided by the local people and after the incident the police was sent to the spot.
