MDUPS organisation goes to a police station and gave them 72 hours ultimatum to trace the mysteriously missing 13 years old girl of Uttarakhand
A thirteen year old adolescent girl has been missing from her house since last thirteen days probably misguided and abducted by the culprits allegedly hailing from a particular community under the jurisdiction of Moti Nagar police station and the police allegedly not able to trace the girl nor registering the FIR.
The poor and hapless parents have been running from pillar to post but of no avail.
Finally after getting a clue from some sources the aggrieved parents approached the MDUPS social organisations’s chief Kamal Dhyani for help who wasted no time approaching the SHO of the concerned police station finally compelling them to lodge the FIR under the relevant sections of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita.
Several activists of MDUPS have gone to police station and questioned the SHO as to why the FIR was not registered and the adolescent girl traced to which the police have no reply finally registering the complaint and assuring the activists to trace the culprits at the earliest.
The MDUPS has also given the ultimatum of 72 hours to trace the girl failing which they will be compelled to gharao the police station said Kamal Dhyani, who is usually forthcoming in helping the inhabitants of Uttarakhand living in Delhi when they are in real distress.
According to Kamal Dhyani they have also mailed the complaint to the union home minister Amit Shah, to the LG of Delhi and Delhi police commissioner highlighting the apathetic police action not to trace the adolescent girl despite their today’s elapsing.
Even the FIR wasn’t registered despite the please if the hapless and traumatised poor parents.
The MDUPS has given the final ultimatum of seventy two hours to the local police to trace the girl and arrest the culprits failing which their will gherao the Moti Nagar police station. MDUPS stands for Mahanagar Uttarakhand Pravasi Sangathan.
