ABVP BAGS PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, JT. SECRETARY AND TREASURER POSTS IN DUSU ELECTION

The results of the Delhi University Students Union hectic elections have been declared. The ABVP candidate Aryan Mann who hails from a business family with a wealth of Rs. 1600 crores , and a national level footballer has won as the president of DUSU securing 59,882 votes whereas the NSUI candidate Joseleen Nandita Choudhary was the runners up securing 59, 869 votes just a difference of 23 votes. However, on the post of Vice president of DUSU Rahul Jhansla of National Students Union of India have won securing 59869 votes defeating his nearest BJP rival. Rest of the posts of Secretary, Joint Secretary and treasurer have been bagged by the BJP’s student wing Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad. The other candidates of AISF- AIDSO etc were no where in the compitition. They had protested for cancelling the nomination paper of their vice presidential candidates date earlier, on the day of scrutiny etc. The ABVP candidate Aryamaan is from Haryana, a national footballer and hailing from a rich family with a worth of Rs 1590 crores. He is pursuing his graduation from Hansraj College having sought admission on Sportsman quota.
