Rajneeti Ki Pathshala” Celebrates 8th Foundation Day — Guardians of Democracy Honored

Renowned socio-educational organization “Rajneeti Ki Pathshala”, dedicated to promoting constitutional literacy and democratic values, marked its 8th Foundation Day with a grand ceremony at the Constitution Club of India. The event brought together eminent personalities from across the country representing politics, social service, education, law, and journalism, who shared insightful views on the current state of democracy, civil rights, and the crucial role of media.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the “Excellence Awards 2025”, honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to nation-building. Among the distinguished awardees was Mr. Vijay Shanker Chaturvedi, Editor of Rashtra Times, who was specially honored for his fearless, impartial, and people-centric journalism spanning over five decades.

Mr. Chaturvedi received the award from Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Mr. Devendra Yadav, and other dignitaries present on the dais. His journalism, known for standing firmly with the truth, has reinforced the role of media as the true fourth pillar of democracy.

Alongside him, senior journalist Mr. Alok Gaur was also honored with the Excellence Award for his ethical and impactful contributions to the field of journalism. In his address, Mr. Gaur remarked, “At a time when journalism is under tremendous pressure, protecting truth and impartiality is the highest duty of a journalist.”

The grand celebration was graced by distinguished guests including Dr. Abhishek Verma (Shiv Sena), Padma Shri Jitendra Singh Shunty, Gautam Lahiri (President, Press Club of India), Dr. A.P. Singh (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court), Pt. Sukhbir Sharma, Congress leaders Shivam Bhagat and Rohit Chaudhary, BJP leader Virendra Babbar, and K.S. Duggal, among others. All attendees lauded the organization’s efforts to foster democratic awareness and constitutional education.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Ajay Pandey, Founder of Rajneeti Ki Pathshala, stated, “This event is not just a celebration, but a reaffirmation of our commitment to take democracy and constitutional awareness to every citizen. In the coming years, we are determined to bring constitutional literacy to every village, school, and settlement across the nation.”
