Yesterday was the very hectic and acrimonious day in and outside parliament where the INDIA constituent MPs and the NDA led BJP MPs were in a head on collision course at the parliament precincts with one of the former minister and Lok Sabha MP Mr. Sarangi injured with BJP MPs, especially the senior BJP leader and MP Nishikant Dubey literally accusing LOP and Congress leader of Goondaism and hitting the MP injuring him angrily, when Rahul approached the injured MP finally coming back without meeting him. On more MP Rajput is believed to be injured in this melee.
The Congress and BJP MPs were demonstrating outside the parliament house countering each other.
While the Congress MPs including those of INDIA bloc led by Priyanka, Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi were protesting with placards wearing blue T Shirts with Ambedkar picture printed on them, against the remarks at Dr.Ambedkar by the union Home minister the other day demanding resignation of HM and PM and apologies including maltreatment meted out to Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge, the BJP leaders and MPs were protesting to counter the opposition not allowing Slogan shouting Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other MPs who wanted to enter parliament to attend the house. In the melee the former minister and MP from Orissa Mr.Sarangi was injured on the head bleeding profusely. He was taken to hospital and bandaged and the accusation from the BJP side gained momentum with several MPs including Bansuri Swaraj and Anurag Thakur going to police station to lodge the FIR against Rahul Gandhi, LOP.
There was tremendous confusion and acrimony outside parliament house and its precincts with lots of police and protesting MPs accusing each other including mediamen busy taking their shots.
There were sloganeering from both sides , INDIA constituents and the BJP led NDA with Congress coming in a defensive mode as the BJP MPs started targetting Rahul Gandhi for pushing the BJP MP in the Crowd deliberately leading to his injuries, the charge strongly denied by Congress leaders and Rahul himself who said that he was rather pushed and heckled by the BJP MPs.

The former union state minister and Lok Sabha MP Anurag Thakur came down heavily on Congress and the Gandhi family including Rahul Gandhi LOP saying to media : “When we were in opposition, we used to protest civilly inside and outside the House, but what Congress has done today raises big questions on Congress’s thinking and leadership… Rahul Gandhi and the Gandhi family feel that rules and laws are not made for them… They pushed NDA MPs standing on the stairs and in that 2 BJP MPs were seriously injured and had to be hospitalised… They should apologise.”
Meanwhile the Congress president and veteran leader coming from the Dalit background who was also allegedly compelled not to speak in Rajya Sabha the other day with Congress n AAP leaders blaming the BJP MPs of insulting a veteran Dalit leader in parliament, Mallikarjun Kharge wrote on his social media handle X : If BJP cannot attack the Constitution, then it has started attacking the Constitution maker!
