In Bharatiya Janata Party the name of Sanjay Joshi is doing rounds for the last so many days with Rashtriya Swayam Sewak fully backing his candidature though the prime minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah faction is deadly against his name. They are apprehensive that if Sanjay Joshi is appointed as the party president the influence of the duo will be completely diluted and will dominate on the government. There are reliable reports that the appointment of Sanjay Joshi is being held up for the last many days because Modi Shah duo is not at all happy and wanted that someone who is close to them as well as RSS is nominated to this significant post. It is believed that the prime minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah who are ruling the roost have recommended the name of Shivraj Singh to replace Sanjay Joshi the first and foremost choice of the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Cleverly retaliating to the duo’s recommendation according to the reliable sources the RSS has agreed to sideline Joshi but have put forward the name of Rajasthan’s former CM Vasundhara Raje who is the bete noire of both PM Modi and Amit Shah reveal sources. Meanwhile according to a political analyst and senior journalist K.P.Malik on X under the title Big Breaking… “Stuck on a date palm that fell from the sky” Modi-Shah were left speechless after the RSS insisted on the name of Sanjay Joshi for the post of BJP’s national president. So they requested the RSS to consider the name of Shivraj Chauhan. The RSS rejected their advice and put forward the name of big recharge Vasundhara Raje in place of Sanjay Joshi. Now we have to see which way the situation turns.
