After Bengal, another brutal murder, rape committed with a nurse working in a Rudrapur private hospital. Culprit nabbed in Rajasthan
After the most obnoxious rape and then brutal murder of a 31 year old doctor in West Bengal , another tragedy has occured in Udham Singh Nagar where a nurse working in a private hospital, living alone was first brutally raped and then murdered by a human beast finally mutilating and smashing her face badly to keep her identity covered.
This tragic incident has send shock waves all around. The culprit involved in this crime has been arrested by the police and send behind bars who already had an arms act registered against him.
According to the latest news reports, the body of the nurse namely Tasleema Jahan was found in the Rampur district area in a vacant plot under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh.
The culprit was arrested from Rajasthan, a resident of Bareilly already in police record who had smashed the face of the nurse by repeatedly hitting by stones to cover her identity running away with her purse, two gold bangles with cash and a mobile.
The hard lucked victim nurse was working in a private hospital of Rudrapur and was returning back from her duty.
According to the SSP Dr. Manjunath the deceased nurse was the resident of Bilaspur Dibdiba, Vasundhara Enclave.
The police had lodged an missing complaint earlier on the information of Taslima’s sister on 31 st July when she didn’t reached home.
The highly multilated dead body with her face disfigured was found in a plot at some distance away from Dibdiba, Vasundhara Enclave.
The Uttar Pradesh’s Bilaspur police sent the dead body for post mortem.
However, the postmortem report couldn’t reveal the reasons behind the nurse’s murder.
According to the SSP while revealing the details of the case to media the nurse Taslima Jahan was seen going in an auto on 30 July but didn’t reached her Vasundhara apartment which was hired by her on rent. This was revealed by the CCTV footage after the police investigated the case deeply.
On further investigation the location of the mobile was traced to Bareilly.
After reaching Bareilly, the police team learnt that the culprit has fled to Rajasthan with his family where he was nabbed.
After arresting the culprit he was thoroughly interrogated in which he revealed to the police that he stalked the woman in a lonely place and grabbed her. There was physical struggle between both of them as he took the woman to the nearby bushes . He azxhiphiated the nurse Taslima by strangulating her with full force. After she died she was fired raped and then her face damaged badly by repeatedly hitting with a stone to unable non identification of Taslima Jahan.
A police case was already registered against the culprit under Arms Act earlier revealed the SSP. After committing the brutal murder and rape the culprit absconded with the mobile, purse and the golden bangles of the victim.
