SC three judge bench postpones the hearing on NEET – UG till 11 July . Want to know the details of breach !

The three judge bench of Supreme Court today put away the decision on NEET – UG course controversy reserved for 11 th July expecting more details in the controversial NEET imbroglio so as to arrive at a definite conclusion whether the leaks have taken place in few states n not at the pan India level in order to either cancel them n order for the re NEET examinations or maintain the status quo except where the leaks took place. According to the latest news the Supreme Court three judge bench comprising of CJI D.Y.Chandrachud, Justices J.B.Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra they require more meticulous details on the NEET imbroglio so as to arrive at a definite conclusion whether to cancel the tests or order for holding the Re NEET examinations or not doing so expect in the states where this leak happened. The Supreme Court’s three judge bench want the details from the National Testing Agency responsible for holding these exams about the possible leaks , its nature and its volume, including the venue where the leaks actually happened and the lag time between the leaks b the conduct of the NEET Examinations. It may be recalled that a group of students not in favour of cancellation of examinations n Re NEET as well have filed a petition in Supreme Court urging for not cancelling n holding the Re NEET. The union ministry of Education and the NTA has categorically mentioned in their respective Affidavits submitted in the SC urging not to cancel the exams n holding the NEET exams again as the leaks have happened in few states. It it really happens than lakhs of aspirants who’ve worked hard, and dedicatedly made their preparations their academic future will be at stake and they will feel betrayed etc. On the cancellation of the NEET exams the Supreme Court’s three judge bench said ” Will have to see if the breach is at the systematic level and if the beneficiaries of the fraud can’t be identified”. The Apex Court was very specific that in case the breach impacts the entire process , the re exam may be required . However, if the breach is confined to specific areas or centres a retest if the entire exam may not be required. Kindly recall that the NEET paper leak controversy has aroused like a storm effecting the future of lakhs of medical aspirants with the ruling political dispensation coming under question mark. There had been protests in Delhi n elsewhere demanding resignation of the union education minister and parliament too facing uproarious scenes and several walkouts.
