CM Uttarakhand holds urgent meeting with bureaucrats and senior police officers on Haldwani situation

The chief minister of Uttarakhand has again taken a high level meeting with the senior police officers and other concerned bureaucrats this morning on the highly sensitive Haldwani situation in which there are reports of alleged six deaths. According to latest reports the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami this morning convened an urgent high-level meeting with officials at the government residence and ordered to take strict action against the rioters and miscreants involved in the incident that took place in Banbhulpura, Haldwani. The Chief Minister reviewed the current situation in the meeting and directed the police to deal strictly with the unruly elements. The Chief Minister said that any miscreants who disturb harmony and peace will not be spared. He appealed to the people of Haldwani to cooperate with the police administration in maintaining peace.
