Brother of a BJP councillor shot dead by three culprits in Roorkie. Panic around

Crime rate in Uttarakhand seems to be on the increase especially in plains with cases of murders being witnessed off and on. Just yesterday a brother namely Joginder son of Jagram, a Bhartiya Janata Party leader, and councillor from Roorkie, Paniyala was shot dead by three accomplices creating quote a sensation and panic in RoorkieRoorkie. The victim and brother of the sitting BJP councillor was primarily a property dealer sitting in his office in the evening hours when all of a sudden three bike borne person came and started firing bullets on him leading to his grievous injuries. His family toll him to a nearby private hospital where he was, declared brought dead due to excessive bleeding and grievous injuries. On receiving the information the police have taken the dead body into their possession sending it for post mortem and fulfilling all the legal formalities. The police is, trying to seek information from the nearby CCTV cameras. According to the nephew of the deceased Saurabh who was, probably present at the time if this, deadly incident said that he tried to resist and grapple with the culprits but they started firing desperately but he saved himself by hook or by crook. This incident has created quotes sensation among the local residents.
