AAP LEADER AND MLA APPRECIATE COURT’S ORDERS TO INFORM IT BEFORE TAKING SANJAY SINGH, MP ANYWHERE
The vociferous, Rajya Sabha, member of Parliament Sanjay Singh has been sent to ED demand for three days till 13 th October. Meanwhile hundreds of Aam Admi Party activists raising anti ED and anti government slogans protested in New Delhi demanding release of their leader and MP Sanjay Singh accusing the ruling political dispensation of being vindictive against him as he is vocal against the government on various issues inside and outside parliament. The Delhi Police and the paramilitary have to work very hard to control the vociferous, slogan shouting activists of AAP who also burnt the effigy in protest. Meanwhile, the AAP MLA and spokesman of Aam Admi Party Dilip Pandey levelled a very serious charge/ accusation on ED that it is allegedly trying to take his life, the charge also levelled by the MP Sanjay Singh as reported in various news reports. However the Aam Admi Party welcomed the court’s decision not to take Rajya Sabha MP anywhere by Enforcement Directorate without informing the hin’nle court. Addressing a press conference in Delhi AAP MLA n leader Dilip Pandey reiterated the apprehension of Sanjay Singh of AAP taking him at some undisclosed location without the court’s knowledge obviously with an ulterior motive. On October 10 the Court had extended the custody of Sanjay Singh for three more days till thirteen October in a money laundering case pertaining to the new liquor excuse policy of Delhi government t that was later on scrapped. The former deputy CM Manish Sisodia is already in jail with regard to the new liquor policy case. While appearing in the court the Rajya, Sabha, MP asked what will happen n who will be responsible if I am killed in an encounter? The ED replied if that happens they will be responsible. Sanjay Singh continued saying that what is, the use if I am dead? On this the Judge catagorically said that the MP should not be taken anywhere without informing the court to which AAP appreciated. The court clearly said that the safety and security of the MP would be if ED, as he has expressed apprehensions already.
