An utterly shameful incident had happened in Noida the other day when some unwanted elements at the behest of an ( Aadti) commission agent in Fruits and vegetable market literally made another petty Garlic seller/ shopkeeper naked after beating him and forcibly making him walk around in the area threatening him of dire consequences because he couldn’t pay the balance three thousand rupees out of the borrowed 5000 rupees from him. A video shot by someone near the shop was posted in social media that finally went viral. In the video, another person inside the shop of the commission agent who was beating the victim with the stick and making him walk naked is seen making video instead of coming to the rescue of the victim. This shameful video of an obnoxious act by the vegetable and fruit aadti in Noida Mandi adjacent to Delhi came to the notice of the police authorities who took immediate action arresting the culprit sunder under various relevant sections of the law by forming three teams of policemen. According to Additional Deputy Commissioner of police Dr. Rajiv Dikshit : An FIR was registered yesterday on 18 September on the complaint of the plaintiff in connection to the assault / indecency committed by the commission agent regarding loan of money in the fruit vegetable market under police station phase 2 Area. Dr. Rajiv Dikshit said that three police teams were formed and the main culprit Sunder has been arrested while other accused who were involved in this shameful act are being brought to justice at the earliest. Sounds shocking that these hooligans have no terror of rule of law and for petty loan they take out the clothes of a poor person who could not part with 3000 Rs, after paying Rs 2000 . Such culprits should be dealt with severely under the strictest sections of the law.
