Parole for the fifth time ! Congress spokesperson ridicules and ask : Is he jailed or is on vacations !

Released on parole again for forty days from jail serving life imprisonment in Sunaira Jail in Rohtak Haryana has invited tremendous reaction from the people, media and opposition political parties for and against accusing the powers that be and the system for granting parole to a seer turned culprit for the fifth time.

The chairperson of Delhi Women Commission Swati Maliwal who herself was the victim at AIMS bus stop few days ago having been dragged 15 metres away in the midnight has while strongly condemning the release of Baba Ram Rahim for rape charges and murder of a journalist tweeted the other day : A rapist cum murderer has once again been released on parole for forty days. All limits of shamefulness have been crossed. Countrymen, please save your daughters, the rapists will move freely now tweeted DCW chairperson.

Released for the fifth time during the past eleven months earlier – also during the state assembly elections after being released on forty days parole, undergoing life imprisonment for the brutal murder of journalist Ram Chandra Chatrapati for exposing the immoral and bad deeds of Baba Ram Rahim of Dera Sacha Saudi including rapist of two disciples of his commune the saint turned convict and also film producer headed for Barwana Ashram, in Western Uttar Pradesh along with his adopted daughter Honey Preet amid tight security.

The Haryana chief minister and his government are under constant questioning in this regard as to how can such a Religious Guru turned dreaded culprit serving life sentence for murder of a journo and rapist of two disciples be released on parole and that too for forty days, for the fifth time in just eleven months by putting all principles, decency, ethics, values and constitutional norms at bay.

Baba Ram Rahim Gurmit Singh was granted bail in the month of February in 2022 for 21 days, followed by another parole for thirty days etc and now for 40 days again this being the fifth parole during the last eleven months.

However during the time of state elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh he was released on 91 days parole.

Responding to the questions of media on the day of Seer Ram Rahim’s release on parole the chief minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar said that he has no information about it. He said if he has been given the bail it’s purely from the court and therefore I will not intervene in it. Moreover, it’s everyone’s right to apply for parole said the CM Haryana. Similarly in a statement the minister of prisons in Haryana government Ranjit Singh Chautala stated that Ram Rahim is an ordinary “Kaidee” having every right to apply for parole as he has earlier been released several times as well. Every Kaidee has the right to seek parole and the competent officer does the needful.

However the fiery spokesperson of Congress Supriya Shrinet was extremely critical of this decision saying that Ram Rahim is not an ordinary under trial , but a rapist n murderer undergoing life sentence on serious charges.

He was also released for forty days during the assembly election period last time to help the BJP in these elections. Is Ram Rahim jailed or is in vacations ridiculed fiery Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinet asking the counter question to the journalists .

Some people say that while Ram Rahim is enjoying the present system’s courtesy, 84 year old Stain Swamy suffering from acute Parkinson disease jailed for working with the tribals in Jharkhand in Bhima Koregaon case couldn’t get a straw in jail who died on 5 th July, 2021 according to news reports.
