After Ravish Kumar, three other resign from NDTV including its former CEO Convergence Sampurna Singh

After the veteran and outspoken journalist considered to be of progressive ideology and anti establishment, an ardent PM Modi baiter as well – Ravish Kumar quit NDTV after its management was taken over by renowned journalist Mr. Adani, another senior journalist who was associated with NDTV since 1994 – Suparna Singh having worked in NDTV news in various important capacities has followed suit and resigned. Two other colleagues of her have quit NDTV namely Arijit Chatterjee, strategy officer and chief Technology and product officer Kanwaljit Singh. This disclosure was made by the chief Executive officer of NDTV after it’s new takeover by Mr. Adani, Sanjay Pugalia. In a mail send to the employees of the organisation CEO Sanjay Pugalia has catagorically stated that all the aforesaid three senior colleagues of NDTV have decided to quit the organisation and have send their resignation letters to him. Completing her post graduation from American Syracuse University in Radio, TV and Films Sampurna Singh was CEO of NDTV for 20 months until 2019. She is primarily a US citizen. Since January 2016 she was the Head of Convergence at NDTV Lts since 2016, January. Suparna also headed NDTV’s Metro Nation. In her long career in live television Suparna Singh is also credited for running NDTV:s Award winning Promos Department. She was also the business and editorial head of NDTV Convergence responsible for content and expansion of NDTV’s digital section.
