Garhwal Heroes raises its flag high in Premier League. GHFC women’s team scores 12 goals while men’s team defeat Indian Airforce by 3-0
Garhwal Heroes Football Club, a three time champion in the national capital Soccer competition and currently the defending champion is raising its flag high incessantly in the ongoing Delhi Football annual premier League competition. Today, the women’s team of Garhwal Heroes Football Club scored 12 goals against Jaguar women’s team in a match held at outer ground of Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium giving no chance to the rival team to score even a single goal.
This was indeed a great victory by the women’s team of Garhwal Heroes being on an attacking mode since the beginning. On Friday Garhwal Heroes Football Club’s men team registered victory against Indian Airforce with Nirmal Singh Bisht scoring hat trick. This outstanding hat trick by Nirmal Singh Bisht completely demoralised the rival Indian Airforce Football team. This 3-0 victory against Indian Airforce by Garhwal Heroes added new dimension to its victory chances in the Premier League say experts. Nirmal Singh Bisht was declared player of the match and was presented a trophy for his outstanding performance. Garhwal Heroes has so far secured 26 points from their fifteen encounters raising optimism for the team coming closer towards possible triumph in the near future. Kindly recall that in all, eleven football clubs of repute are participating in the Football Delhi Premier League 2022-23 out of which Delhi FC is leading the points table by securing 30 points after participating in 14 matches followed by Vatica FC with 29 points. The participating teams in the premier League are viz Delhi FC, Vatika FC, Sudeva FC, Royal Rangers, Garhwal Heroes, Tarun Sangha, Indian Airforce, Rangers SC, Hindustan FC, Friends United and Uttarakhand FC.
