Garhwali, Kumaoni and Jaunsari summer classes opened at Loni Road at a graceful ceremony

On Sunday, May 24, 2026, the Garhwali, Kumaoni, and Jaunsari Summer Classes 2026 were inaugurated amidst great enthusiasm and a family atmosphere at A-35, Durga Mandir, Alaknanda Colony, Elaichipur, Rampark Extension, Loni, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). The program began with the lighting of a lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati.
During the program, the children captivated everyone present with Saraswati Vandana, folk songs, and cultural presentations. On the first day, 39 children were enthusiastically present, which brought special joy to the parents and community. On this occasion, the speakers said that preserving our mother tongue, culture, and values ​​is our collective responsibility.

This effort to connect the new generation with Garhwali, Kumaoni and Jaunsari languages ​​is very inspiring for the society.
Mr. Jayendra Negi, President of Uttaranchal Cultural Brotherhood Committee, Rampark Extension, Loni, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) and currently the media in-charge of the centre, while wishing all the teachers and colleagues, said that with the support of the society, this campaign will continue to move forward.

He praised the dedication and cooperation of the Center Head, Mrs. Manju Uniyal, Mrs. Pushpa Sati, Co-Media Incharge, Mrs. Sangeeta Bhatt, and all the children.
The program also specifically remembered the contributions of the respected Dr. Vinod Bachheti, Patron of Lok Bhasha Sahitya Evam Manch, Delhi, and Chairman of DPMI. Speakers said that due to his continuous efforts, the languages ​​of Uttarakhand are now making their mark in the country and abroad.

At the concluding event all the people of the society were called upon to join these teaching classes in maximum numbers and strengthen their mother tongue and culture.
