Yasin Malik admits his involvement in terrorist activities. Pleads guilty in Delhi court. Won’t contest his case further says Malik.

The Hurriyat conference leader involved in several terrorist activities including murder of four India Airforce officers in Kashmir on 25 th morning, 1990, Yasin Mallik today admitted in a Delhi court that he was involved in several terrorist activities in strife torn Kashmir and also refused to file a petition of review against several serious accusations levelled against him under serious sections of IPC to destabilise the nation. Presently arrested by the NIA, behind bars at Tihar jail Yasin Malik today pleaded guilty befor a Delhi court for his direct involvement in a terrorism case and also refused to fight his case to seek relief against various serious charges levelled against him. Meanwhile, Amit Malviya, the national BJP chief of its IT cell has hurriedly tweeted : On the 25 January 1990, dreaded terrorist Yasin Malik gunned down 4 Air Force officers in Srinagar. This was an act of war against the state and one of the many crimes he was responsible for. Blaming the former PM for meeting and holding discussion with a terrorist, Amit Malviya continued : Dr. MMS as PM met him for a discussion. Today he pleads guilty for terror charges tweets the BJP IT cell chief Malviya. It may be recalled that JKLF leader Yasin Malik had been arrested by the National Investigation Authority under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act for his involvement in separatist and secessionist activities to destabilise Jammu n Kashmir. The charges under UAPA under various sections also amount to waging of war against the nation. While pleading guilty in a Delhi court pertaining to the case of 2017 for his involvement in unlawful separatist n secessionist activities, Yasin Malik also refused to contest his case further. Malik has been booked under the UAPA, under sections 16 (terrorist act), 17 (raising funds for the terrorist act), 18 (conspiracy to commit terrorist act), and 20 (being member of terrorist gang or organisation), and sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 124-A (sedition) of the Indian Penal Code. Yasin Malik and six other terrorists were arrested on 25 th January, 1990 charged under Terrorists and Disruptive Activities ( Prevention) Act, the Arms Act 1990 and Ranbir Panel Code for attack on Indian Airforce personel in Rawalpora, Srinagar and was under trial. He is also facing trial for the kidnapping of Rubaiyya, Sayeed. Currently he is in Tihar Jail arrested by NIA under various sections of UAPA.
