WRITTEN AND DIRECTED BY EMINENT FILM MAKER SHIV NARAYAN SINGH RAWAT’S BAULYA KAKA TO BE RELEASED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER IN DELHI, NCR

An interesting and impressive Garhwali film titled ” BAULYA KAKA” though already released in Dehradun theatres and other parts of Uttarakhand would be released in the national capital and NCR in the first week of November.

A film written and directed by a renowned filmaker Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat who is well versed with film making having spent his major part of life in Mumbai, Bollywood and South India film Industry has been contributing healthily playing a remarkable role in preserving and promoting the rich culture, traditions and heritage of Uttarakhand.

Strongly believing that films are the mirror of the society, Rawat is of the strong opinion that films play a pivotal role in improving our society and reflecting the bad and good facets of it so as to enable the audience to play a pivotal role in improving and cleansing the society and making it worth leading a decent lifestyle becoming the better citizen.

His movie “Bolya Kaka” in Garhwali dialect having attracted large number of audience in Dehradun and elsewhere being released in the first week of November in Delhi and NCR is a masterpiece Garhwali movie which raises the burning issues of Uttarakhand , the youths in particular and the solutions thereof.

The movie is purely a product of best efforts highlighting the socio cultural aspects of Uttarakhand with issues of youths also raised prominently finding solutions to the existing ills and grievances.

A filmaker with precision Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat’s film in Garhwali dialect” BAULYA KAKA” as the title speaks for itself has three main characters.

These three main characters including the lead one BAULYA KAKA are sitting in a bus. The bus us operating / running in the hills of Uttarakhand passing through mesmerising ,serene locations. The Baulya Kaka asks one of the characters about his story and then starts the flashback of the character. Similarly the Kaka in the bus also enquired about the story of the other characters enabling the commencement of the flash back of other characters.

The film maker then starts exhibiting the flashbacks of all the characters turn wise thus depicting different grievances of diferent characters, problems etc and subsequent solutions etc.

All the character symbolically deal with the problems of Uttarakhand thus exhibiting the various problems, grievances and their subsequent solutions.

The character in the bus are women and men whose flashback makes the film interesting and worth seeing.

The Bollywood renowned doctor having acted in several bollywood movies Hemant Pandey in playing the role of Baulya Kaka ” ( a sort of a mad looking uncle) the lead character of the movie.

Choreographed by ASLAM KHAN with Background Score- Sound-Mixing by NEW RAYs Studio etc. According to the writer and director of the movie Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat the movie is bound to run housefull keeping in view the high quality cinematography, script , music, sings and locations of the movie made with a different perception for the very first time.
