The petitioner says that he is deeply hurt by the statement made by Rahul Gandhi. He is talking about fighting against the Indian political system. He has opposed the political system of India. Due to this, the complaint has been filed under sections 152, 299, 197, 352 and 111.
In fact, after the inauguration of the new Congress headquarters in Delhi on January 15, Rahul Gandhi said in his address that if you believe that we are fighting against the government, then you do not understand what is going on.
