Videos posted in social media showing stranded Indians in Ukraine being physically thrashed, abused and harassed by Ukraine/ Romanian police n authorities, goes VIRAL

Some videos are going viral in social media showing Indian students as well as those living in war torn Ukraine being physically harrassed and kicked by the Ukranian/ Romanian police or army men on borders abusing them vociferously.

Though it is not confirmed whether they are Indian or people of other countries but the infuriated people in social media has posted such videos blaming the national media of not telecasting these videos and the plight of Indian students/ citizens stranded in Ukraine desperately trying to cross the war hit country holding luggage in hand in panic, tolerating the thrashing of policemen crossing the border or leaving Ukraine.

A man who has shot the video is heard saying : See how these girls are being physically thrashed. ( Dekho Kaise Maar Rahe Hain in Ladkiyon ko). After being criticized in the social media the news channels have now started showing the plight of the stranded innocent students at Ukraine who are expressing their immense annoyance against the poor arrangements made by Indian mission and embassy officials for not responding to their repeated mails for help quoting one Sanjay Rawat of Indian embassy there and other senior officials not coming to their rescue. One infuriated student while speaking to a TV channel asked how come merely two officials deputed at the border evacuate thirty thousand stranded students from war torn Ukraine, expressing her anguish over the sorry state of affairs from Indian embassy there.

According to some news reports Ukraine had in the past also opposed India in United Nations number of times opposing India on nuclear issue as well as never supporting India opposing Pak sponsored terrorism against India in United Nation.

At present while Ukraine is under heavy attack by the Russian bombings and missile attacks with its capital Kyiv partially under control of Russian forces, the stranded Indians in war torn Ukraine are trying their best to cross the Ukraine borders and taking shelter in Hungary, Romania and Poland from where the Indian government teams are trying hard to evacuate them by air services to India.

So far three Indian flights have ferried about more than seven hundred students n employees in Ukraine safely to India via Mumbai and Delhi Airports.

There are currently about sixteen thousand Indian nationals stranded in Ukraine say news reports, trying hard to leave Ukraine. About 1 lakh fifty thousand people have taken shelter in neighbouring Poland, Romania, Movlodov n Hungary etc

The West supported Ukraine had always been opposing India earlier having opposed it on terrorist front as well as voted against India on nuclear issue. Friend of Pakistan, Ukraine is considered to be supplying large quantity of arms and ammunition including tanks to Pakistan. Ukraine has sold defence equipments worth Rs. 12000 crores to Pakistan during the last three decades including four hundred tanks, help to Pakistan in space research and supplying fighter jets technology to Pakistan etc.

However the Indian government has opposed the Russian government for attacking Ukraine but has not sided with US and other NATO nations n members of security Council by abstaining from voting to the resolution of Western powers in UNSC opposing Russia, earning appreciation of Russia.

Meanwhile, submitting to Russian pressure Ukraine has finally agreed to hold talks with Russia at Belarus with Russian high level delegation comprising of top government leaders, defence officials, diplomats etc reaching Belarus.
