Uttarakhand shocked as the missing girl Ankita gruesomely killed by her kidnappers. Police arrests former minister’s son Pulkit n two other accomplices !

There is again an extremely shocking news about Ankita Bhandari, an innocent girl of village Srikot, Pauri Garhwal having been brutally killed by har kidnappers after she went missing for the last six days from her resort where she worked and Yamkeshwar police along with the rescue teams searching her dead body in the canal which had been drowned there. After this dreaded shocking incident in Uttarakhand people are worried about the safety and security of their daughters n sisters and are in terrible state of shock and trauma. However, after the case was shifted from the revenue police to Uttarakhand police yesterday, the Yamkeshwar police has solved the case within twenty hours and arrested three culprits as informed by the DGP, IPS, Ashok Kumar revealing that the owner of the resort Vantara Pulkit Arya, son of a former state minister along with two of his accomplices have been arrested. This resort is situated in Chila, area of Lakshman Jhula. According to DGP Ashok Kumar after the case was handed over to the Uttarakhand police the efficient Rishikesh police authorities have solved the case with 24 hours arresting the owner of a resort situated at Rishikesh alongwith two other culprits from where a lady employee had been disappeared since the last seven days, finally brutally killed. This shocking incident has gone viral in social media and people are demanding stringent legal action against the criminals not less then capital punishment, involved in this kidnapping and subsequent rape and brutal murder of innocent Ankita. This tragic incident reminds us of the most outrageous rape cum brutal murders of the Damini of Vasant Vihar in a moving bus in Delhi in 2012 and of Kiran Negi in 2011 with 21 gruesome wounds after gangrape. The human beasts of Basant Vihar Damini were hanged till death while the obnoxious beasts of Kiran Negi, despite being given capital punishment are still awaiting death sentence. Sounds shocking and traumatic, that Uttarakhand is becoming safe haven for criminals and those with political backs are mis using their positions to take law into their hands. The state is already in the grip of UKSSSC Scam with more than forty arrests already made by Uttarakhand STF. However, this particular case has indeed slapped the law and order authorities who claim the state being proactive in curbing crimes. Not only this obnoxious incident of the kidnapping and subsequent outraging of her modesty going missing for the last 6 days of a village girl by the owners of the resort where she was working , another shameful incident occurred under Clemen town police station area in the state capital Dehradun where two adolescent girls were allegedly raped in a resort. The president of Uttarakhand Raksha Morcha and retired IFS n chief secretary govt of Tripura Dr. V. K. Bahuguna expressed his annoyance and disenchantment saying Uttarakhand has become Lootistan and government system has become Lutocracy instead of Democracy. All people are requested to support Uttarakhand Raksha Morcha to request the Prime Minister to declare it as a Union Territory thus evolving a regional party of character and youths whose future is doomed in present system of Lutocracy. The senior leader of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal condemned the gruesome murder of Ankita Bhandari in strongest possible terms and said that what we were thinking ultimately happened. We are speechless. The brutal murder of Ankita has shaken the conscience of entire Uttarakhand. Our daughters are feeling completely insecure in Uttarakhand. The culprits should not be spared at any cost and should be hanged till death said Surendra Kukreti. He appealed to one and all to unite together to fight to bring the culprits to justice so that no effort to go the culprits scot free are allowed to happen.

Time for the innocent and patriotic public of Garhwal and Kumaon to hit the streets. Demand closure of illegal resorts, hutments and Guest Houses, Home Stays run by Businessman hailing from other states. I appeal to the general public of Uttarakhand, Right Minded politicians, Ex Servicemen to raise public safety of our sisters and daughters. Enact with immediate effect Land Reform Acts in Uttarakhand. Make land laws on the lines of Himachal Pradesh. If possible, enact and implement Provisions 371 of the Indian Constitution. I further feel, it is the duty of the parents, guardians and general public to ensure safety of their mothers, daughters, wives and small children. Let Uttarakhand Police do VIP Duties. By the way, the number of Uttarakhand Policemen per thousand population of Uttarakhand is far less than the National Average.
