Uttarakhand ‘s PWD, Irrigation, Culture and Tourism minister recommends Garhwali movie BAULYA KAKA to CM for making it Tax Free

The cabinet minister of Uttarakhand looking after PWD, Tourism, Irrigation, Rural Works, Panchayti Raj, Water shed, Culture, Flood Control, Indo Nepal River Projects departments of Government of Uttarakhand has recommended the Garhwali movie produced by renowned and highly experienced seasoned producer Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat titled “Baulya Kaka” for making it Tax Free. The cabinet minister Satpal Maharaj has written a letter to the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami urging to make it tax free as the movie ran house full in theatres of Dehradun, Roorkee, Kotdwar, Kashipur , Delhi etc due to a healthy script and being of high quality in all respects having been highly appreciated by large number of audience. The movie with an outstanding script , mesmerising songs , music, important lyrics and exemplary scenic beauty has knit three different stories highlighting the plight regarding massive exodus to cities , infiltration of outside persons in large numbers disturbing the demography and prevailing evil of massive liquor consumption etc to send across a message to improvise and make Uttarakhand a healthy place to live in popularly known as the Devbhoomi, ABODE OF GODS. While recommending the Garhwali movie for making it Tax Free the minister Satpal Maharaj said that he had received lots of recommendations from other social organisations in this regard too. The producer of the movie Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat said that a show is being arranged in Dehradun for the exhibition / screening of this movie for all the ministers, hopefully CM and bureaucrats to view it and feel convinced themselves that Bolya Kaka indeed is a marvellous movie in Garhwali dialect. The work on his next Garhwali movie ” Kandali” and a hindi movie are to commence after March. Shiv Narayan Singh thanked Satpal Maharaj from the core of his heart and said that the speaker Uttarakhand assembly who saw the movie at Kotdwar was also impressed and is hopefully recommending it for Tax Free in the near future. The movie’s main lead was renowned Bollywood actor versatile Hemant Pandey who was the star attractions of this movie from beginning to an end with his centralised character if a PARANOID UNCLE ” BAULYA KAKA leaving a remarkable impression in the minds and hearts of the audience wherever it was released.
