Uttarakhand govt accords free travel facility in Roadways buses to candidates appearing in the UKSSSC examinations in 442 centres in the state
After acknowledging the wrath and annoyance of the unemployed youths and general public due to the massive Uttarakhand SSSC paper leak, cheating and appointment scam from back doors, it seems that the BJP government wants to compensate by way of announcing several concessions such as declaring ten percent reservation for Uttarakhand movement activists and now allowing the candidates appearing in the 9 th July UKSSSC examinations travel free of cost in the state. According to the latest news the candidates appearing in the re examination of graduate level exams have been given free to and fro facility in Uttarakhand Roadways buses on 9 th July, 2023. On Wednesday, the transport secretary Arvind Hayanki announced that the candidates will have to show their examination form to the bus conductors to avail the free travel facility on 9 th July. There are reports that about 1.46 lakh candidates will be appearing in the UKSSSC graduate level re examinations in about 442 examination centers in Uttarakhand.
