UTTARAKHAND CONGRESS LEADERS SUMMONED TO DELHI . AN IMPORTANT MEETING HELD IN THE PRESENCE OF MALLIKARJUN KHARGE AND RAHUL GANDHI

The senior leaders of Uttarakhand were in Delhi at AICC headquarter. A high level meeting in the presence of the All India Congress committee chief and leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge and leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha including the chief observer of Uttarakhand Congress Kumari Shelja was held and several important issues of significance in the state including recent developments after the revelation of the names of VIPs in the most sensitive Ankita Bhandari case were discussed. The meeting also discussed various strategies to strengthen the Congress party at the block and district levels in view of the fastly approaching state assembly elections in 2027. The senior Congress leader and former Uttarakhand chief Minister Harish Rawat wrote briefly on his social media handle in Hindi : Participation in the meeting organized with Uttarakhand Congress leaders under the leadership of the President of the Indian National Congress, Honorable Mallikarjun Kharge ji and the Honorable Leader of the Opposition, Shri Rahul Gandhi ji.
Meaningful discussions took place in the meeting on burning issues related to Uttarakhand. Those present in the deliberative session of this high level meeting were Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Sappal, Harish Rawat, Kumari Shelja, Dr. Harak Singh Rawat, Ganesh Godiyal, Pritam Singh, Karan Mahara, Kazi, Yashpal Arya etc. The senior leaders also warned the Congress leaders encouraging factionalism in the party saying that any anti party activity and factionalism will not be tolerated directing athe Congress men to unite forgetting their petty political interests in wider interest of the party ensuring fully that no stone is left unturned to form the Congress government in the state using the ongoing anti incumbency factory and working dedicatedly at the grass root levels to associate the general masses with the party.
