US Supreme Court verdict on Tariffs ridiculed and shook US president Trump from inside who badly criticised it publicly
The supreme Court of the United States by turning down the decision to impose dictatorial tariffs of 15% on India and several other countries of the world imposed by its president Donald Trump has made his position ridiculous that of an intense mockery globally.
The US Supreme Court’s decision have infact ridiculed and illegalised the president of the biggest Super Power even making the European countries extremely jubilant apart from India and his ardent opponents like Russia and China.
This US Supreme Court decision has in a way crushed the obstinate attitude and the proudy nature of Donald Trump for trying to be invincible always and bullying the weak and developing nations wanting to let them function as ginni pigs.
A contractor, builder ultra rich turned politician and twice the president of the United States of America Donald Trump always looked upwards with immense proud and an attitude of invincibility considering India to function under his bullying tactics to which infact the present political regime submitted even allegedly compromising Indian agricultural and other interests by allowing them sell their products in India without paying any tarrif though charging India 15 % tariffs on all its exports to US.
His pressure on India is so very much that India ( don’t know why ) agreed to give up buying cheap crude ( oil) from Russia and agreed to buy from Venezuela and US as desired by dictatorial US President Donald Trump.
He is the same US President who lauded the PM Narendra Modi as his traditional friend later on turning India’s foe by imposing, first, fifty percent tariffs on Indian exports to US , then coming down to 35 %, then to 18% and finally to 15% including giving India’s sole and traditional enemy Pakistan assurance of its total support including giving its Field Marshal Munir Khan the special invitation as chief guest on US Army Annual day and also serving special dinner at the White House etc. He even embraced the Pakistan PM several times and watched him praising him to the core, feeling extremely jubilant.
This happened despite Pakistan attacking Indian borders with Turkey drones loaded with bombs and also destroying its Rafales, the fact accepted by the Indian CDS in Singapore earlier in an event.
India has to pay the heavy price for not accepting US as the country to initiate the ceasefire between Pakistan and India as repeatedly said by the self praised US President Donald Trump several times and on several occasions.
He even went to the extent of publicly declaring himself as the future recipient of the Noble Peace Prize for bringing peace and ceasefire between India and Pakistan , including exercising pressure on Norway prime minister.
The prestigious Noble Peace prize committee of Norway however didn’t agreed to his desire unambiguously meaning that even a small country like Norway didn’t submitted to his pressure at all.
Meanwhile after the unexpected US Supreme Court verdict against imposition of Tariffs, the VOCIFEROUS president Donald Trump who seemed shocked came out with a statement criticizing the judgement on Truth social, writing : Based on a thorough, detailed, and complete review of the ridiculous, poorly written, and extraordinarily anti-American decision on Tariffs issued yesterday, after MANY months of contemplation, by the United States Supreme Court, please let this statement serve to represent that I, as President of the United States of America, will be, effective immediately, raising the 10% Worldwide Tariff on Countries, many of which have been “ripping” the U.S. off for decades, without retribution (until I came along!), to the fully allowed, and legally tested, 15% level.
During the next short number of months, the Trump Administration will determine and issue the new and legally permissible Tariffs, which will continue our extraordinarily successful process of Making America Great Again – GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP. Criticizing the SC judgement he catagorically said those members of the Supreme Court who voted against our very acceptable and proper method of TARIFFS should be ashamed of themselves. Their decision was ridiculous but, now the adjustment process begins, and we will do everything possible to take in even more money than we were taking in before! wrote Donald Trump on X.
After the US Supreme Court’s Judgement President Trump also addressed a press conference in which he said that he was imposing for a period of 150 days, a temporary import surcharge for the period of 150 days , a temporary import surcharge of 10 percent ad valorant on articles imported into the US effected from February 24. He later increased the tarrif to 10% .
However,Trump termed the decision of the US Supreme Court as ridiculous, poorly written and extraordinarily anti American on Tarrifs which were imposed after several months of contemplation for the betterment and progress of US said President Donald Trump expressing his sadness in toto over the decision.
