UP mafia don Atiq’s son Asad and shooter Ghulam Mohammed firing on police killed in encounter ! Both criminals were carrying an award of Rs 5 lakhs ( each) on their heads.

The Uttar Pradesh special task force has today killed two criminals of Uttar Pradesh responsible for the brutal murder of one of the key witnesses Umesh Pal, in a Kidnapping case by former MP and MLA n known criminal of UP Atiq Ahmed who has been sentenced to life imprisonment.

The two criminals killed in an encounter in Jhansi were Asad and Ghulam Mohammed who had fired on STF encounter team after they asked both the criminals to surrender.

Instead of surrendering these criminals fired on them, repeatedly. The encounter STF while responding to their advance firing killed them after exchange of fire for sometime.

Asad Ahmed was the son of incarcerated for life – hardened criminal mafia Atiq Ahmed and Ghulam the shooter.

Meanwhile, in another development another hardened criminal Guddu, henchman of Atiq Ahmed a bomber has been surrounded by the police in a different location Japan, UP.

Both these criminals Asad and Ghulam Mohammed were wanted in the shooting of Umesh Pal for last few months and were on the run.

Both the criminals were on motorcycle in Jhansi when they were challenged by the UPSTF.

According to police there were reports that these criminals may attack the jail ban to free mafia don Atiq Ahmed, Asad’s father.

The chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath has congratulated the STF for killing both these hardened criminals in encounter who were wanted by the UP police since long.

The main witness Umesh Pal was killed in a Bomb blast on 24 February in Prayagraj.

Both the criminals were firing from foreign made pistols. The hardened seasoned criminal Atiq Ahmed after learning about the encounter of his son literally felt unconscious felling down in anguish.

There have been several cases of extortion, murders, injuries and forcibly capturing lands of other owners under threat etc.

Atiq Ahmed was in Samajwadi Party for long time and was ex MP n MLA for several terms from this party getting due patronage.

The STF encounter operation was led by deputy SP Navendu Kumar n another DSP Vimal.

Kindly recall that when Umesh Pal was attacked who succumbed to grievous injuries at Prayagraj after bomb blast two policemen were also killed.

The chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath had few days ago assured in the state assembly that the Mafias active in Uttar Pradesh will need washed out. According to additional DG ( Law and Order) Prashant Kumar till now 13 policemen have been killed in encounters and more than 184 history sheeter criminals and murderers.

Both these criminals were carrying an award of Rs 5 lakhs ( each) on their heads.
