Union home minister Amit Shah hands over the investigation of barbaric murder of Amravati Chemist to NIA who stood in support of Nupur Sharma !
The Union home minister Amit Shah has directed the National Investigation Agency to take over the charge of the case pertaining to the brutal killing of a chemist shop owner Umesh Kolhe on the night of June 21 for allegedly supporting Nupur Sharma, former national spokesman of BJP, now suspended from the party, through his Facebook post. According to the tweet of HMO India : MHA has handed over the investigation of the case relating to the barbaric killing of Umesh Kolhe in Amrawati Maharashtra on 21st June to NIA. The tweet adds : The conspiracy behind the killing, involvement of organisations and international linkages would be thoroughly investigated.
According to the news reports the chemist shop owner Kolhe’s throat was slit on 21 st June night while he was going to his house after closing his shop. The culprits involved in this barbaric crime are reported arrested five in numbers and FIR lodged against them under various severe sections of the law including murder.
The police got success in catching the culprits through the CCTV footage which saw two of the culprits doing recce of the area where this barbaric crime was committed. Kindly recall that in Udaipur too a tailor namely Kanhaiya Lal was lynched by a cleaver by two criminals for standing in support of Nupur Sharma through his posts in social media, who later on posted a video in social media going viral, resulting in protest demonstrations and violence in Udaipur n parts of Rajasthan compelling the law enforcing agencies stop the internet services n imposing curfew in several areas to stringently deal with the trouble makers and maintain peace. Yesterday the Supreme Court had turned down the petition of Nupur Sharma appealing for shifting all the FIRs to Delhi in view of threats being acknowledged by her.
