UKD appeals to its cadre to collect in large number at Kotdwara to express solidarity with late Ankita Bhandari. On 30 th is the final judgement.

Tomorrow is the final judgement in the Ankita Bhandari case to be delivered by the honourable additional sessions judge Kotdwara , Pauri Garhwal Uttarakhand.

The case of Ankita Bhandari has been under hearing in this court for the last more than three years.

About fifty witnesses have been cross examined in the court who gave their oral versions in front of the judge.

There had been a good number of protests outside the court and various locations including at CMs house , number of times by the UKD activists and those seeking justice for an innocent 19 year old girl Ankita Bhandari who was allegedly brutally killed in Vanantara resort in Yamkeshwar on 18 September , 2022 for not submitting under pressure of Pulkit Arya and two other accomplices to oblige the VIP finally brutally killing and throwing her dead body into the Chilla canal, Rishikesh from where her injured swollen dead body was found by the police probing the case. Several divers have extensively searched the Chilla canal and found the dead body of Ankita Bhandari.

There have been umpteen posts and appeals in social media including the lynched daughter’s father demanding no less than a capital punishment to the culprits and immediate arrest of the VIP in the case who is still the mysterious question mark.

There has been demand for the CBI probe to fund and punish the VIP by the leader of the movement Ashutosh Negi, journalist, activist and advocate but the High Court and Supreme Courts both turned down the appeal.

Now, the aggrieved parents of late Ankita Bhandari are solely banking on the judgement of the honourable judge of Kotdwar sessions court on 30 th May.

While everyone in Uttarakhand and elsewhere are curious to hear the judgement the Uttarakhand Kranti Dal has given a call to one and all through their written appeal to gather in large numbers at the court tomorrow to express solidarity with the noble cause and enhance the morale of the aggrieved family.

The advocate Ashutosh Negi and his team is representing the matter in the court tomorrow said the circular sent to the entire UKD leaders in Uttarakhand through social media.
