“UAPA” REGISTERED AGAINST THE CULPRITS OF PARLIAMENT BY ANTI TERROR CELL OF DELHI POLICE

The six culprits of the heavy security breach inside the new parliament House have been wrapped with Unlawful Activities ( Prevention) Act, 1967 by the Anti Terror Cell investigating the case usually registered against the anti social elements involved in anti national acts and terrorists. Several member of parliaments led by Maluk Nagar, Mr. Beniwal and Mr. Kotak who grabbed the culprit badly thrashed D. Manoranjan from Mysore, Karnataka who entered the visitor gallery via a pass signed by a Mysore, BJP MP Prathap Sinha who later on changed his name to Prathap Sinha. He is the two term MP from the saffron party. Apart from the two persons Sagar Sharma and D. Manoranjan who entered the parliament House and literally jumped from the visitors gallery opened their smoke canisters creating quite a panic inside the Link Sabha while it was in session with Zero Hour under process. The culprit who was caught by MPs and later on thrashed was seen jumping desperately on the MP desks and crossing them energetically opening the smoke cannister taking out from the shoes. While, the culprits Sagar Sharma and D. Manoranjan were caught inside parliament House raising slogans “Tanashahi nahi chalegi”, outside the parliament House a highly educated girl aged 37 years from Haryana raised slogans like Down with dictatorship and that she is unemployed despite being highly educated, not belonging to any group or political party but taking the decision on her own. She emphasised that they were compelled to take this step after being unemployed for long. Neelam and another young boy aged 25 years , an auto rickshaw driver by profession were arrested outside the transport bhawan near parliament street while opening the yellow smoke cannister amd raising slogans. Two other culprits involved in the planning of this incident are absconding. The investigations and interrogation in this case are being carried on by the Anti Terror Cell. This incident happened on the 22 nd anniversary of the dreaded shooting that took place on 2001 on the same day carried out by the terrorists of Jaish E Mohammed in what cb two terrorists were killed and several paramilitary jaw and and security personnel of Parliament House were sacrificed. This incident has created quite a panic and sensation yesterday when the house was in the process running the zero hour. After the arrests the culprits, four in number were taken to the parliament street and questioned by the Anti terror cell in depth and UAPA wrapped against them.
