This online apology exhibits his suspicious desire and we are doubtful on his integrity said the Court.
When the counsel said that the SIT has already registered the statement of Vijay Shah, minister, MP , then Justice Suryakant asked a member of SIT in the courtroom as to what was the significance to record the statement of the minister instead of the victimised person who is the sufferer.
Justice Suryakant asked what was the necessity to record his statement. Instead the statements of those haressed or victimised should have been recorded.
The Judge thereafter asked as to how much more time will the SIT take to deal with the case ?
After this the two Judge bench of Justices Suryakant and Jaimala Baagchi directed the SIT to submit the report by 13 th August positively.
The Supreme Court has revealed that the SIT has so far taken the statement of 87 persons.
