Traumatised mother of the deceased girl crushed by a businessman under his SUV in Kotdwar goes to seek Ashutosh Negi’s help for justice

A traumatised mother of a Kotdwar young beautiful girl Anjali who was allegedly brutally killed by a luxurious SUV Car by a shoe businessman of Kotdwar namely Rajkumar in the month of January last year by hitting her scooty forcefully and crushing under the vehicle has approached the Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Vice-president Ashutosh Negi, a journalist and advocate too at Dehradun to seek his support to resolve this case which is currently lying in the honourable Kotdwar Court and no justice accorded to the bereaved family till date.

The video of the traumatised mother Leelawati narrating her sorry tale accusing a shoe business owner of Ramesh Nagar being intoxicated namely Raj Kumar while crushing her daughter brutally under his vehicle, is going viral in social media.

The woman Leelawati is badly disturbed mentally as she couldn’t acknowledge any support from any politician, social activist etc except Sudhanshu Sundriyal, journalist who wrote a post of social media to be detained in police station the other day and his laptop, mobiles etc taken away by the police registering a case against him for being vocal against injustice.

The mother of the deceased girl Anjali who was crushed to death by a businessman of Kotdwar allegedly having high political connections ramming his SUV on the scooty being driven by the deceased Anjali said that she being poor and hapless has no one to come to her rescue except Ashutosh Negi now who has through his relentless struggle led the bereaved family of Ankita Bhandari get justice by way of judge granting the culprits life imprisonment.

The Vice-president of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Ashutosh Negi assured her of his maximum legal help accusing the police for unfortunately allegedly siding with the wrong doers than the victims. Ashutosh Negi was allegedly put behind bars on false and fabricated cases ashe was fighting the Ankita Bhandari case relentlessly facing all odds and challenges. He us currently on bail. Apart from being an activist helping the oppressed get justice Ashutosh is a senior journalist and advocate having taught in Garhwal University as assistent professor for several years in the past.
