Tragic bus accident on Mussourie Dehradun highway. 2 die and three critically injured !

There is a tragic news coming in from Dehradun about a bus falling in a gorge after being skidded on Mussourie Dehradun road killing two passengers and grievously injuring several others. According to a latest news there is possibility of some more severely injured patients succumbing to their injuries. The tragic accident occurred after the Uttarakhand Roadways bus skidded on Mussourie Dehradun road and fell in a gorge on Sunday. Though the fire services and the police carried out the rescue operation retrieving the injured n the dead bodies sending them to hospital, the condition of three have been reported to be serious. There were in all 22 people inside the bus including a driver when the bus fell in the gorge killing two passengers instantly and three severely injured n others injured too, some being safe due to their good luck. The driver of the bus had reportedly lost control after the bus skidded felling in the gorge. The ambulance, fire services and police had reached the accidental spot in time and rescued the injured admitting them in hospital. According to Mussourie police the injured are being rendered best possible treatment. The chief minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed his condolences on this tragic accident. He tweeted : The news about the falling down of a bus on Dehradun Mussourie Highway is anguishing. Pray to Almighty to render peace to the departed soul . Have directed the concerned officials to give best possible treatment to the injured. Om Shanti tweeted Dhami.

The former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat while condoling the death wrote : Deeply anguished to know about the accident of the bus. There were two dozen passengers travelling in the bus. Several passengers have been injured in this accident who are being treated and few died as well. Pray for the speedy recovery of the injured and heartfelt tributes to those died.
