Three judge bench of SC led by CJI D.Y.Chandrachud issue notices to centre and state govt. to submit report by Friday in the rape and brutal murder of an hospital employee

In Uttarakhand the law and order situation including the crime and police not registering FIRs in time, has allegedly become so rampant that an adolescent daughter of a deceased woman who was first obnoxiously raped and then brutally murdered with her face badly thrashed with a heavy stone to conceal her identity at Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar has to approach the apex court to file her petition against the state police and the government making them the parties for not registering the FIR in time and not mentioning all the facts of the tragedy.

The Supreme Court’s three judge bench led by the chief justice of India C.Y.Chandrachud with two other justices viz justice J.B.Pardiwala and justice Manoj Mishra issued the notice to the central government and Uttarakhand government to satisfactorily respond to the petition latest by Friday with all the genuine facts.

The girl who had filed petition with the help of her anguished grandfather has urged the Supreme Court to set norms for the safety and security of the employees working in private or government hospital at the pan India level including complaining about the delay in filing the FIR with allegedly missing facts.

According to the girl, her mother who was working in the OPD as assistant in a Rudrapur private hospital had gone missing on 30 th July evening after being free from duty.

The dead body in a mutilated condition was found near her mother’s apartment on 8 th August.

Now the question is what was the police doing from the day of the woman’s disappearance to 8 th August when her dead highly mutilated body was traced.

What is highly shocking is the fact the police had by then not registered the FIR obviously thinking to skip the case.

After the media highlighted this case and the social media was agog with news about this dreaded rape and brutal murder of a woman working in a private hospital of Rudrapur – the police finally woke up on 14 th August registering the FIR under the societal and media pressure. Not only this but all the facts of the matter weren’t mentioned in the delayed FIR said he girl in her petition.
