Three day sports festival to be inaugurated by the Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami . Tamta reviews all arrangements
Almora is hoisting a three day sports festival in order to accord the budding sportsmen a golden opportunity to show their sporting eats and excellent in various sports. This three day festival in Almora district from where comes the union minister of state of transport and NHAI Ajay Tamta is a significant event which should also be held in all the districts of Uttarakhand to tap the sporting talents of the budding sportsmen in various games given them further chances to reach more heights of sporting excellence. The Almora MP and minister of NHAI and road transport Ajay Tamta was in Almora the other day to inspect the preparations of this three day sports festival. This three days sports festival will be formally inaugurated by the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. In a facebook list the Almira MP and state minister at the centre Ajay Tamta said that today, I visited the venue of the preparations for the MP Sports Festival to be organised in Almora Lok Sabha constituency and inspected the site and met the promising players. This three-day sports festival, organised with the aim of providing a platform to young talents and encouraging sports culture, is an important event for Almora. All aspects related to arrangements, playing field, players’ facilities and coordination were reviewed in detail to ensure smooth and successful completion of the event. I have full faith that this event will give a new direction to the sportsmanship, discipline and self-confidence among the youth and will provide an opportunity to the sports talents in the Almora region to progress said the Almora MP and minister Ajay Tamta.
