THE GREAT KHALI – DILIP RANA AND PONTA SAHIB TEHSILDAR ENTANGLED IN A LAND CONTROVERSY.
The great Khali whose actual name is Dilip Rana popular worldwide has in a video while giving interview to a news channel has openly accused a Tehsildar of Ponta Sahib for ousting him from his ancestral 16 bigha land at the above site bringing the revenue officers and property dealers including bouncers registering and allegedly selling their land to some other persons under the arrangement of sharing the profit.
In the video Dilip Rana alias the Great Khali, the former WWF champion has accused the Tehsildar with serious charges of harrassing him and helping property dealers illegally capturing and selling his vast land to other parties.
He said that the Tehsildar concerned instead of giving him justice is not cooperating him and allegedly helping the other parties who has captured his land.
On the other hand the Tehsildar of Ponta Sahib Rishab Kumar has outrightly rejected the charges and accusations saying that Khali has met him at his office alongwith his brother and the former explained him the entire case.
While explaining the true position of the case the Tehsildar Rishab Sharma said that Khali and his brother were in his office for three hours and I had explained him the case about a petition filed by one Vimla against him ( Khali – Dilip Rana ) and his family regarding illegally capturing their land of several bigas and also constructing a boundary wall.
The court and tehsildar has send several notices to be present and explain the real position but since they have illegally captured somebody else’s land, they are skipping the summons and not coming saidthe Tehsildar.
The Tehsildar even showed the photographs of Khali with his goons and bouncers with swords etc saying that this is how they built a boundary wall arbitrarily and forcibly over the illegally captured land.
He urged Khali denying all the charges to present him in the court and justify his case than levelling futile and baseless accusations against him as the matter is already in the court and therefore subjudiced.
