The fire brigade’s hydraulic lift didn’t even open, people cried for help for hours and died in agony : Arvind Kejrival

The delegation of Aam Admi Party comprising of former Delhi CM and the convenor of AAP Arvind Kejrival , former chief minister of Delhi Atishi Marlena, former cabinet minister Saurabh Bharadwaj , former MP now in AAP earlier in Congress Mahabal Mishra and several others on Thursday went to express their condolences to a family that was unfortunately burnt to death in a massive fire in their house in Palam Colony.

The people of the area and the family members including the former Delhi CM Atishi Marlena were badly furious as the fire brigade’s hydraulic lift ( crane) was non functional as a result of which some members of the family who were stuck on the roof top crying for help couldn’t be saved.

The former Delhi chief minister Atishi Marlena had expressed her immense anger and annoyance over this blunder on the part of the firebrigade saying that when I visited the grieving family in Palam today with Arvind Kejriwal, what I witnessed was a shameful act of humanity.

On the one hand, government negligence claimed the lives of nine people; their fire brigade’s lift didn’t work, and they continued to plead for help for hours.

And on the other, the inhumane face of BJP workers – not allowing anyone to meet the grieving family, misbehaving there, and throwing chairs said Atishi Marlena after visiting the bereaved family who had lost 9 members of their family.

Such hooliganism even in a time of grief? Where has their humanity gone? The people of Delhi are witnessing their hooliganism and monstrous ways said badly hurt Atishi Marlena .

The condolence meeting was going on when the AAP delegation reached there . The AAP MP Sanjay Singh has expressed his immense regrets saying that it’s hard to believe that there could be such a cruel and insensitive party in the country.
Nine members of AAP leader Rajendra Kashyap’s family died in a fire. There was a condolence meeting today. BJP members arrived and started throwing chairs. They scuffled with @Saurabh_MLAgk and former MLA @vinayymishraap.
BJP members were protesting against the arrival of @ArvindKejriwal.
It’s shameful to see such people in power in Delhi said Sanjay Singh MP Rajya Sabha on this incident .

The national cunvenor of AAP and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival was immensely hurt on watching the throwing of chairs on this ocassion of grief by the saffron party members. He said : I went to Palam to meet the victim’s family, to share Kashyap ji’s grief, but BJP workers prevented us from meeting them, misbehaved, and threw chairs… What kind of people are these? Humanity has vanished from these people said amguished Arvind Kejrival.

The former Delhi Health minister and presently the AAP’s Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj who also was with Arvind Kejrival was shocked to see the behaviour of the BJP activists and leaders saying : This is a condolence meeting.

This chair was thrown at me by the goons of BJP MLA Kuldeep Solanki. It didn’t hit me, but hit our former MLA Vinay Mishra on the head, injuring him.

Imagine, nine members of one family died due to the negligence of this BJP government, and Arvind Kejriwal was attending the condolence meeting.
