The CM should declare all the details of the order of CBI probe in Ankita Bhandari case demands Ashutosh Negi

Though the CBI probe in the Ankita Bhandari case is believed to have been commenced after the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on tremendous public pressure recommended the state government’s request to the centre , the central vice president of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal , advocate and journalist Ashutosh Negi has emphatically said that the nature of order issued by the Uttarakhand chief minister in this regard has not been made public to acquaint them about the details of the nature of CBI probe to be conducted and on which FIR, the initial FIR lodged by her aggrieved father in 2022 September or the one registered by environmentalist Anil Joshi recently.
Talking to media Ashutosh Negi said the media persons should ask the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to make public the order issued to CBI for the probe, the contents in detail there in and on which FIR will the probe by CBI proceed ahead?
Negi said that since this is now no more a secret case and in public domain, the chief minister should make everything public so as to take the people of the state into confidence and adopt transparency at all costs.
It may be recalled that as per the news the CBI has just three days ago started the investigation in this case and an FIR against an unknown VIP has also been registered to startwith.
On 11 th February there is a Mahapanchayat of this issue in which thousands of people are expected to participate demanding the CBI probe under the supervision of a Supreme Court or a High Court judge including revelation of the name of the VIP in Ankita Bhandari case who was the prime suspect that led to the brutal sexual assault and murder of the innocent 19 year old girl at Vanantara resort owned by a BJP leader and his son directly involved in the crime, today languishing behind bars with two other accomplices undergoing the rigrous life sentence.
