Swati Maliwal accuses Atishi Marlena the new Delhi CM that her parents’ fought the case for Afzal Guru’s release and petitioned the president with mercy petitions
The Rajya Sabha MP on AAP quota recommended by the then Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival now badly annoyed and angered with national convenor of AAP and outgoing CM Arvind Kejrival, Swati Maliwal has accused the newly elected leader of AAP legislative party and the new CM Atishi Marlena as the dummy chief minister whose parents has been extremely active in writing mercy petitions to president for protecting the terorist Afzal Guru from the capital punishment saying that he is innocent and has become the victim of a political conspiracy. They have fought a prolonged war to protect him from the clutches of “Phansi”. She will be the CM of Delhi but this issue is straight away connected with the national security said Swati Maliwal in a video released on her social media handle X and on Instagram as well.
It may be recalled that today morning when questioned about Swati Maliwal by media the AAP leader and spokesman Dileep Pandey has come down heavily on Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal demanding her resignation saying that if she has little bit of Shame she should immediately resign from the Rajya Sabha membership as she has become the MP on AAP ticket but her every outburst and statement these days are being scripted by the Bhartiya Janata Party.
Few months ago Swati Maliwal had accused Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival ‘s private secretary for attacking her when she had gone to meet the Delhi CM at his Civil Lines official residence.
She had filed the case against him and the private secretary to Delhi CM was jailed for several months. Swati had said that she was beaten by Kejrival’s private secretary on the instruction of his and his wife allegedly.
She also accused the outgoing Delhi CM for pressurising her to resign from the Rajya Sabha membership as Kejrival want to give it to the senior advocate of supreme court and Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi who was Kejriwal’s senior counsel then fighting his case in various courts seeking bail for him.
There was a time when Swati Maliwal was the nearest AAP leader of Delhi CM who was appointed as the chairman of Delhi Commission for Women where she continued for a decade or so. This was the state ministerial rank. She was later on nominated to Rajya Sabha by the outgoing Delhi CM. But finally she betrayed him despite the fact that she climbed to power n position for the entire three tenure due to Arvind Kejrival.
