Suspended AAP, RS MP Raghav Chadha asks : Is it a crime to raise voice against the largest ruling party seeking justice ?

A thirty four year old dashing, transparent and courageous member of parliament of Rajya Sabha, Raghav Chadhav has strongly criticized the ruling BJP of trying to harrass and victimise the MPs who courageously express their views in Parliament strongly deploring the disqualification of the leader of biggest party Rahul Gandhi first, then its leader Adhir Ranjan by suspending him and now me. Raghav Chadha is a video posted in X ( previously Twitter) said that this is the first time in the history of parliament that a RS member has received two notices of the privileges committee in just few days and three members of parliament of Aam Admi Party have been suspended from Lok Sabha and, Rajya Sabha just because they have strongly put their point of view forth and criticized the government on genuine issues. In a video Chadha has catagorically questioned as to why he has been suspended from the house? What was my crime? Was it my crime since I asked questions from the leaders of the largest political party BJP ? Or did I committed a crime by posing a question on the Delhi amendment bill seeking justice from the BJP asked Raghav Chadha. Regarding the allegations of forging signatures Raghav Chadha said that there is no question of any forged signature as any member of parliament can propose the formation of any committee without signing any documents nor any written consent of any MP is required in this, said Raghav Chadha ,hence it is absolutely clear that the charges are frivolous and biased said AAP MP Chadha. Reiterating his commitment to fight against injustice Raghav Chadha said that he will boldly and with determination face the privileges committee of parliament and will come out clean. In the past senior political leaders like late prime minister Indira Gandhi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee etc have faced privilege committees, this is nothing new said Chadha. It may be recalled that while two former ministers of the AAP government are behind bars in connection with the money laundering and liquor scam cases, the two other MPs Sanjay Singh, Rajya Sabha and Sushil Kumar Rinku, Lok Sabha were suspended earlier with Chadha being the third one. The leader of Congress in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary too has been suspended pending outcome of the decision from the parliamentary privileges committee. The charges against all these MPs had been of unruly behavior and creating disturbance during the prime minister’s speech during no confidence motion. Sanjay Singh of AAP was suspended for repeatedly violating the direction of the deputy chairman of Rajya Sabha when he protested against the proposed Delhi Amendment Bill while it was being discussed in Rajya Sabha. Posting his video on X Raghav Chadha wrote : MAIN Hoon NILAMBIT RAJYA SABHA SAANSAD : I AM SUSPENDED RAJYA, SABHA MEMBER .
