10 reportedly died at Amarnath Shrine due to cloud burst incident creating flash floods ! Rescue operation in full swing

There is a sad and shocking news about the cloud bursts incident near Amarnath Shrine where 10 pilgrims are reported to have died. The cloud burst incident took place two kilometres away from Amarnath Shrine where about ten to 12 thousand people are gathered to pay their obeisance to Lord Shiva at Amarnath Shrine. The impact of the cloud bursts have impacted the precincts near the shrine as well.

The rescue operations by the NDRF teams, Army, paramilitary CRPF, BSF n local police n authorities are going on in full swing. According to the home minister Amit Shah’s tweet : I have spoken to the Lt governor if Jammu and Kashmir after learning about the flash floods due to the cloud bursts near Amarnath Dham temple and sought the latest information about the prevailing situation. The NDRF, CRPF, BSF and the local administration are engaged in the relief and rescue operations. Our primary objective is to protect the lives of the people.
